Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4-5 cups chopped seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice from approximately 1 small lime

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • use lemon juice instead of lime for a lemonade feel
  • small handful of chopped basil or mint or both!
  • any frozen berry instead of the strawberries I love blueberries in this
  • a few fresh lavender buds
  • splash of rosewater

Instructions

  • In an upright blender, combine the watermelon, frozen strawberries, coconut water, and lime juice. Blend the mixture on high until completely smooth and in a liquid state. Enjoy the summer bliss juice immediately, either straight up or over ice if you like.

Notes

  • Inspired by Will Frolic For Food's Watermelon Coconut Aloe Juice
  • I like frozen strawberries for this because they make the drink extra refreshing, but you could definitely use fresh ones with a little handful of ice.
  • I don't strain this juice, but if you're looking for a more refined texture to use in a cocktail or something, I'd go for it.
  • I don't typically endorse my recipes as "OMG you have to make this!" but I really hope you all get a chance to make this bliss juice at least once this summer. It's so simple, but so dang good.
