Instructions
In an upright blender, combine the soy milk, yogurt, date,chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, almond butter, vanilla, salt,pear, and ice (if using). Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy,about 1 full minute. Enjoy immediately!

The volume of my protein powder scoop is about 3 tablespoons.
You can do some supercharged add-ins with this too. Chia, hemp, and flax seeds are all great. Plus a little scoop of rolled oats for extra satiation!
If you can find it, unsweetened vanilla soy milk is extra good here.
