¼cupflat leaf parsley, cilantro, basil or mint, or a combination(I like mint and parsley best)
½English cucumber, chopped
1smallapple, cored and chopped
½cupfrozen peaches or mango
1-inchpiecepeeled ginger
ice (optional)
Instructions
In an upright blender, combine the coconut water, lime juice, greens, herbs, cucumber, apple, frozen peaches, ginger, and ice (if using). Blend mixture on high until completely smooth. The texture will be between a smoothie and a juice. Enjoy immediately.

I generally aim for milder greens here. I love kale, but it can be a touch strong in this particular application. Chard, spinach or romaine are preferable for my personal taste.
