Quickly popping in with this super refreshing variation of iced coffee. Did we even need a recipe for this? I’m honestly not sure! I’ve taken to mixing my cold brew coffee concentrate with a 50/50 mix of coconut water and full fat coconut milk. The coconut water is slightly sweet and the milk is sooo creamy. Something about the combination of coconut and coffee has always really done it for me and this refreshing drink is such a great example. If I’m going all in on an afternoon caffeine boost, this is my pick lately.

Double Coconut Cold Brew Coffee
Double coconut cold brew features both coconut water and full fat coconut milk. It's creamy, slightly sweet, and incredibly refreshing.
Servings 1
Ingredients
- ice
- ½ cup cold brew coffee concentrate
- ¼ cup coconut water
- ¼ cup full fat coconut milk
- agave nectar or simple syrup, to taste
Notes
- I usually buy cold brew concentrate from a local coffee purveyor, but you can also make your own! There’s a great, simple recipe on NYT cooking page here.
- I find this coffee drink is sweet enough from the coconut water, but you can add agave nectar or simple syrup if you prefer a bit of extra sweetness.
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice. Pour the cold brew coffee, coconut water, coconut milk, and agave nectar (if using) over the ice. Stir to combine and enjoy immediately.
This is SO SO good, and will be on repeat all summer!!!
Since you said you weren’t sure if we needed a recipe for this, I just want to say that this is a really next level drink in terms of ease of preparation vs. deliciousness. I had always used the boxed milks or creamers in my cold brew, but the canned coconut milk really makes all the difference!! I will definitely be adding this to my daily rotation of beverages that only take a minute to make!
Wow, I never heard anything about using monkeys for labor! Thank you so much for opening our eyes to this so we can all be mindful in our coconut purchases <3
I appreciate your thoughtfulness, (always!) in these posts. I’d love to try the breakfast popsicle recipe, but it looks like the link is broken.
Thanks so much, McKenzie. I just checked the link and it should be working!
